At Doorway to Learning, we recognize that the key to a thriving early childhood education center is a highly engaged, passionate staff. We are proud to have a team of dedicated teachers and administrative staff focused on providing high-quality care for the children we are privileged to work with.

Our educators bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to early childhood education. The education and training which our staff must complete is extensive, as well as everyone must complete 18 hours of annual continuing education. Our team fosters a nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop a love for learning.
